After you submit your modification or a custom design request one of our advisors will review the information. We will inform you if we need more information to complete your estimate request.
After we have reviewed your request, we will email you a detailed estimate for your review.
We will email you a Confirmation Letter to electronically sign. This will outline the work to be done with the deliverables you will receive at the end of the project.
In accordance with your quoted timeline, your project will be assigned to one of our experienced Designers. They will review your project with you. Shortly thereafter you will receive a preliminary draft for your review and approval.
Once you have approved your preliminary draft, your plans will be reviewed by our Design Managers for quality and completeness. Afterwards, your final plans will be emailed to you.
